Our 2008 Navajo-Churro lambs have
finally all have arrived. At present the lamb photos can only be viewed by
the people on our lamb waiting list. Once those people have had a chance to
review the lambs and make their selections we'll post the lamb photos on this
page. If you're interested in our 2008
lambs, have questions about our flock, or if you'd like to be on our 2008
lamb waiting list please contact us by e-mail at:
karen@bideaweefarm.com or by phone at: 503-538-7987.
Meanwhile,
you can get an idea of what our 2008 lambs will look like by viewing
photos of our 2007 lambs (see below)...
Description of terms:
TGH (Two Grey Hills) - White cap, white tip on tail, white sock(s) - can

Terms of Sale ...
For
Lambs: a $25 refundable deposit will reserve your selection until the lambs are
weaned. After the lambs are weaned, a 25% down
payment will hold your selection
with the balance due by the time the sheep
leave our farm. Prices are FOB Newberg.
Prices
for unreserved/unsold animals are subject to change.
It is our goal
to only sell breed quality, registerable sheep, so we offer the following
Registration Guarantee: if a sheep we sell you fails to register with the
Jacob Sheep Breeders Association (JSBA), we'll refund your purchase
price for that animal or apply it to a replacement animal. Transportation
and travel related fees are non-refundable.
Discounts are available for 4H,
FFA and JSBA junior members, and for purchases of 3 or more sheep (does not
include wethers or crossbred sheep).
Travel related
expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, and for shipments outside of
Oregon will include a Veterinary Health Certificate (approx. $30), plus blood test
fees if required by the destination state.
Our
delivery fees are determined by figuring our estimated round trip mileage,
multiplying it by the estimated cost of diesel fuel at trip time, then dividing
it by the number of sheep going on the trip. It's difficult to predict
delivery fees too far in advance of delivery trips due to unstable fuel costs,
but we make every effort to keep the fees reasonable. Contact us a
delivery fee estimate.
