We're pleased to offer USDA inspected lamb cuts for sale.  Our lambs are born and raised on our farm in Newberg, Oregon, USA.  Their diet consists solely of pasture grass and locally raised grass and alfalfa hay.  They don't receive grain and are never given growth hormones or antibiotics. 

Both Jacob and Navajo-Churro sheep produce lean, mild tasting cuts of meat and our lambs are processed at Mt. Angel Meat Company, a USDA inspected facility located in nearby Mt. Angel, Oregon, where the meat is dry aged for 10 to 12 days before being cut and wrapped.
